Please note the student demographic sheets were sent home with your child today. Please complete this form and return by Wednesday September 11th. The information provided on this forms is extremely important, please ensure it updated.

Welcome back to SCHOOL!
Carbonear Academy Re-opens Wednesday, September 4 at 8:00 am for grades 1-8.
Kindergarten students will begin September 6 at 9:00am. Parents are welcome.
All walkers and student drop offs will enter the building through the main entrance only. All students will be dismissed at 2:10pm
Cafeteria services will begin the second week of school, September 09, 2024. Please bring your own lunch and recess during week 1.
Student allergies (list will be updated early in school year) include Fish, eggs, all nuts, bananas, blackberries, raspberries, bakeapples. Please do not bring food containing these products to school.
We also have students and staff with allergies to SCENTED products.
Courtesy seating applications for busing will not be accepted until school re-opens September 4.
Student busing information can be accessed by visiting nlesd.mybusplanner.ca and login into the parent portal and create an account. You will need your child's student number which can be found on your child's latest report card or submit a Student Public Transportation Inquiry Form, to create an account.
